Independence Memorial Museum

The Independence Memorial Museum is a historical museum in Windhoek, Namibia. It focuses on the anti-colonial resistance and the national liberation struggle of Namibia. The museum is located on Robert Mugabe Avenue and was designed and built by Mansudae Overseas Projects, a North Korean firm.

Etosha Pan

The Etosha pan is a large endorheic salt pan, forming part of the Kalahari Basin in the north of Namibia. It is a hollow in the ground in which water may collect or in which a deposit of salt remains after water has evaporated.

Namutoni park

Namutoni is a restcamp on the edge of Etosha pan in the Oshikoto Region in northern Namibia. It is one of the entrance gates to Etosha National Park.

Walvis Bay

Lake Oshikoto

Otjikoto Lake is the smaller of only two permanent natural lakes in Namibia. It is a sinkhole lake that was created by a collapsing karst cave. It is located 20 kilometres (12 mi) north-west of Tsumeb and only 100 meters from the main road B1. The lake was declared a national monument in 1972.

St. Barbara

St. Barbara Catholic Church is a Roman Catholic church in downtown Tsumeb, Oshikoto Region, Namibia. Built in 1914, the church is dedicated to Saint Barbara, the patron saint of mine workers. Tsumeb's economy is based on mining. In the 2000s, the Church dominated the view of downtown Tsumeb.

Alte Feste Display Centre

The Alte Feste (Old Fortress) is a fortress and museum in downtown Windhoek, the capital of Namibia.The building was designed by captain Curt von François to serve as headquarters of the imperial German Schutztruppe (colonial military force) during German colonization of South West Africa.

Equestrian Monument

The Equestrian Monument, more commonly known under its German original name Reiterdenkmal and the name Südwester Reiter (Rider of South West), was a monument in Windhoek, the capital of Namibia. It was inaugurated on 27 January 1912, the birthday of German emperor Wilhelm II.

St. Mary Cathedral

St. Mary's Cathedral, known as St. Marien Kathedrale in German, is a Roman Catholic church in Windhoek, Namibia. It is the seat of the Archdiocese of Windhoek. It is in the Karl-Werner street in the center of Windhoek and offers religious services every day except Monday night.
